Cancellation Policy
For all items that are special orders not normally in stock or are being customized with your logo, message or shape, once the order has been placed and you have approved of the artwork, a fee of the greater of 50% of the price of the order or the cost of the work already completed will be charged to cover the cost of the labor already in process. At times, we will require a 50% deposit for large orders because our vendors will require 100% upfront. Other wise we require a 30 day on net invoices.

How Long Will it Be Until I Receive My Order?
From artwork approval most vendors will ship in 2-3 weeks.
